The upper floor room is spacious, clean, and fully equipped. The staff, from Sharon to Meri, are extremely courteous. I recommend this place. The water pressure is a bit low for women who arrive with already washed hair 😅. The building entrance feels a little worn, but that’s because it’s an older multi‑story building with several services and apartments, not a fault of “Maison Toledo.” I’d suggest adding a breakfast station in the room or providing dedicated trays.

The property manager communicated superbly, was very helpful and attentive, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable.

The check‑in and entry to the hotel and room rely on an active internet connection; if that fails, gaining access becomes very hard. You need an alternative way to get into the room, and the code you supplied never worked.
