The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant had a very good aristocratic style. The only downside is that in this category of hotel a coffee machine in the room is necessary.

מבנה יפה, בריכות מעולות, מיקום מצויין. בקשו כסף בארוחת הבוקר עבור קפה נטול קופאין. בחדר רחצה יש אמבטיה אבל אין מקלחת, אי אפשר לייצב את הטוש שמתיז לרצפה

Bazen je izuzetan ali kada je više gostiju u hotelu zna da bude prljav do kraja radnog vremena,20.00 h.Sobe su velike i prostrane sa dovoljnim prostorom za garderobu.Liftovi su prostrani i u dobrom su stanju.Sve je prilagođeno osobama sa invaliditetom osim glavnog ulaza za koji smo čekali da nam recepcionar otključa svaki put kada smo hteli da uđemo i izađemo iz hotela.Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i izašlo nam je u susret za sve što smo zahtevaliPravo je uživanje boraviti u ovom hotelu. Klima nije dovoljno jaka kada su ekstremne vrućine pa zna da bude vruće u sobama.Uključena je centralno tako da termostat za podešavanje ne funkcioniše.Bilo je toplo u hodnicima samo bi povremeno uključivali klimu u toku dana.Hrane ima dovoljno i ukusna je ali nije odgovarajuća za hotel sa pet zvezdica.Previše slatkih namirnica na račun slanih jela.Mogli bi da porade na raznovrsnosti ponude sa malo skupljim namirnicama,ipak je hotel kategorija sa pet zvezdica i hrana treba da bude u skladu sa tim

The hot springs are definitely the highlight, and the outdoor pools by the sea are always crowded. The hotel’s own pools are clean, but even with daily water changes everything feels very old and dirty. The front desk clerk was friendly and moved us to a room because the photos didn’t match what I booked on Booking. Breakfast was very good. I had booked a sea‑view room on Booking but received a room with a tiny sea window; the photos were nowhere near what the rooms actually look like. The rooms were not clean, with mold in the shower and bathtub. Towels were small and thin. The shower was cramped (a bathtub) with a non‑adjustable shower head and water pressure issues. The furniture was very old, the TV was a computer‑size screen. In the pools you must wear a swim cap (free provided). There was only one blanket (a fleece one) and it was cold and uncomfortable. The air‑conditioner was very noisy, sometimes too hot or too cold. The elevators were scary (very old). The beach access was slippery stairs. There were many sea‑cans without warning signs. The hotel has parking but it’s unpleasant to walk from there to the elevators. The overall atmosphere feels very old‑fashioned (also the guests). Not recommended for young people (in their 50s).
