My money was taken and there were no rooms available when I arrived, so I had nothing positive to say.

I had no positive points; the only issue was how long it took to get a refund.

Nothing!. I booked this days in advance, when I arrived at check in they told me that they had no rooms available. Their software had a "glitch" so I was stranded without a motel room with 2 other family members. They also said I had to call to ensure that I would get a refund and not get charged a cancellation fee

Nothing as they would not let us stay. They said that had overbooked them and they had no rooms available. should NOT have this property on their website. Terrible. Nothing. Everything was terrible. They tried to photocopy my bank card, wouldn’t honor my booking price after they over‑booked, and were very unprofessional.
