The spot is great for the stadium and ideal for a concert, but the booking listed a 14:00 check‑in while we were only able to enter at 15:30 even though we had already registered at 12:00. The hot water was broken, so we missed the morning shower. Only when we complained at checkout did they explain that the heating had failed at night. No apology came, and the owner never responded to our email. The room was only superficially clean; the edges of the shower and vent were very dirty, and the air conditioner smelled musty, so we left the windows open, yet the street and tram traffic made sleep impossible. The mattress was sagging, and there was no trash bin in the room.

Despite being relatively far from the city center, the location and tram access are excellent, but on the rooftop room the air conditioner didn’t cool at all during the hot days.
