Michelle was very friendly and helpful, and the in‑room fan was great. I was fortunate to be the only guest there; the price was good for a single room, but it would feel overpriced if I had to share with more people. The shower and washroom were small, and it would be a stretch if the place were full and everyone was fighting to use it.

The accommodation was very cozy and quiet, and the location works well. What annoyed me was the host’s accusation that I’d taken the bathroom shampoo; I was carrying my own because I don’t use shampoo for my hair. I wish she’d avoided the awkwardness. She’s a nice woman, but the stereotypes linger.

We finally arrived in Pamplona to start our two‑week Camino section. The house was pleasant and the sweets were delicious, though the extra fees add up. The host was friendly and her dog is well behaved and kept away from guests. The food prices were a bit high.
