The place is very nice and in a quiet spot, with covered private parking; the staff are welcoming and very helpful.

The breakfast was very good and the accommodation pleasant. Most importantly, our bicycles could be stored safely. From the accommodation a lovely bike path leads into Bologna’s city centre, so you can leave the car behind. Highly recommended for a city tour by bike. We felt comfortable and would book again.
