I stayed in a place right next to nature, with countless birds flying around and a sense of peace that made me feel relaxed. The food was really, really good, although the only downside is that on Sundays there’s no lunch at the lodge. The pool was up to par, and the sauna was pleasantly warm. Fishing was excellent, with plenty of fish in the lakes. I liked it a lot and would definitely return. The waterfall didn’t impress me much because it’s just a small drop. The price of the beer was a bit high.

The outside of the lodge is kept in great shape, the scenery is gorgeous and each chalet looks out over the lagoons. Our chalet was basic but spotless, and the highlight was the private waterfall reached via a lovely little trail. They’re pet‑friendly too – the lodge’s dog Chico is adorable. Breakfast was included, and we paid for lunch and dinner at R$50 each, which was reasonable for the simple but tasty dishes.

If you’re looking for a quiet family getaway, this simple lodge fits the bill. The meals are delicious and reasonably priced, even though they’re not part of the room rate. Breakfast feels like home—simple but lovingly prepared. The staff are fantastic, the scenery gorgeous, and I even caught five tilapia in under an hour on my first fishing trip. My family loved it, and I’ll be back soon.
