The hosts and staff treated me wonderfully, which I appreciated. However, some facilities needed upkeep: the air conditioning in my room was broken, but I didn’t need it because it was already cool. The room window wouldn’t lock, and the bathroom was a bit stiff.

I really enjoyed the coffee. It would have been better if there were a cable for the TV, since it only works with Netflix.

Julieta and Ramon made us feel right at home, always checking that the room was clean and that we were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, but having to order it through a link felt a bit limiting—I’d rather see a buffet with more options. The shared kitchen is a nice touch, though the place is still ironing out a few details. A simple floor drying rack in the rooms would be a handy addition for a beach‑side stay.

The staff were attentive and friendly, which was a plus. Unfortunately the room was tucked next to the kitchen, so it smelled of food, had almost no ventilation and offered no view. Cleanliness wasn’t up to par and the fan rattled loudly. On top of that, the pool was closed when we arrived.

“Maravilhosa”

We really appreciated the owners’ warm welcome and the little details they took care of, plus breakfast arrived right on schedule, making the place feel like home. The only downside was that there were a lot of shops right nearby, which could be noisy. Overall, a cozy stay with a few commercial distractions.
