I’m an older woman traveling solo, and this place delivered more than I expected: the staff spoke excellent English, the hotel sits right near every inner‑city attraction, and the nighttime dining and breakfast were superb. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish, and the team helped me arrange a grasslands tour despite my tight schedule. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return.

The location and interior are good, but the AC was broken for the entire stay. When I asked the staff to fix it, they suggested I simply open the window.
