The reception was good. The hotel lies along the Frankfurt airport’s runway, which is a downside.

The proximity to Darmstadt was a plus, but when I got there the front desk was unmanned and I ended up waiting over 90 minutes after three calls before anyone appeared, the reception area had no signal, the room was poorly cleaned, there was no breakfast, nor any coffee facility or even a kettle, the bathroom lacked a place to hang wet towels, the TV only offered RTL and a few private channels with no HD, and I’ll be sending photos by mail.

The room was on the top floor and stayed quite hot.

The rooms were large, bright, and the beds were good, but the flight noise was clearly audible. The breakfast was rather sparse, and unfortunately there was no dining area.
