Why i could not cancel my booking. I called the property, but they said they can't cancel call Why does not answer the phone. And i lost my money. Booking .com should entertain these kinds of properties only after through due diligence. The picture s and the property do not match at all. It's basically using some other property pictures and fooling people. Not very happy with . How ai m going to recover the money. The whole property in shambles and nobody cares once the payment is done. It's not in a safe location also and when i did my search lots have people had negative comments and not safe for women's or single traveller. be warned. This is my 3rd time when i book the hotel and i walk out of the place. Just for money don't do these kinds of erratic things

The location is good, but after choosing the flexible check‑in/check‑out option, the staff in the staff house said it wasn't allowed.

The reception was very welcoming, friendly and responsive, and the room was simple, clean, and quiet. However, it's very close to a noisy avenue near the airport, and the breakfast was quite mediocre.

I was close to the airport, but the room was extremely small for the price, the bathroom VMC motor was very loud, and the bath towel wasn’t clean.
