The food and pool were outstanding, but the room lacked a hair dryer and iron; otherwise everything was perfect and we’ll return. I did notice that the reception was missing an air conditioner.

I was forced to stay in a room next to a hall where events were being held, and the noise was terrible; even after asking for a room change, I couldn't sleep from 9 pm to 3 am, and the hotel’s reply, “you’ll have to tough it out because it goes until 4 am,” felt dismissive.

Overall, the hotel was fine, but service near the pool area could improve; a short‑statured lady named Monita gave terrible service, seemed unfriendly, and clearly didn’t want us there.
