The reception staff, Sarah, was lovely, helpful, pleasant, and polite—very professional! The dining room staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The drivers were straightforward, knew what they were doing, and were ready to assist. The whole team were champions—well done! The location was a drawback: the old town street was uninviting, dirty, and gave off a poor‑quality vibe for a boutique hotel. The area around the hotel was full of “types” that were not pleasant at all.

The property is gorgeous in the old city of Beer Sheva, with restaurants right around the corner, and it’s walkable to the central bus station and train. The highlight is the breakfast and the overall state of the property, which is very clean, recently upgraded, and features a nice courtyard. Having 24/7 access to hot water and local tea was also a plus. The only drawbacks were needing a code to get into the property after hours and the noise from the city buses outside.
