Everything was fine except breakfast. I stayed on 25.9.2026 and, according to the photo, breakfast should have been a buffet. When I entered the dining area, it was empty and the staff asked what I wanted to do. In the end, from the supposed wide selection, I got just a plate of omelette, yogurt, coffee, tea, etc. For the price, it was really weak, I wouldn’t go back. Maybe it was late September, but the photo promised a buffet. A shame, disappointing.

The mattress was very comfortable and the location was good. The furniture could use a refresh, some pieces can’t be closed, and there’s a strange smell.

The large parking is convenient and the breakfast is nice. We arrived with a small child and were immediately asked to pay an extra tourist fee, even though the booking on Booking said all taxes and fees were paid upfront; the front desk said otherwise, so we paid more. We were given a room on the third floor, walked up (no lift was mentioned), and it took a long time to get in; we called a worker who opened the room with her card and left, so we entered only after that, but there were other people’s belongings (laptop, backpack). We went back to reception and they changed our room again.

Nothing. I booked the stay and paid it months in advance. In the arrival day, we received a phone call that our two rooms are not availible because they had to make space for a basketball team. When confronted, we were told to be proud because a team from our country was staying there and we were offered a "studio" room for 4 people discounted to the original price we had. Eventually we agreed to the offer. However it was not said that this "studio" is not in the main building and the studio was really for 3 persons. When we pointed this out, we were told to either accept the offer or go look for other hotel. In the same breath and arrogant tone they wished us good luck since all the hotels were full
