I liked the place but the cleanliness and service left me wanting more.

The pool and spacious room were great, but the TV had too few channels, the breakfast was bland, and the pool water was cold.

The window cleaning on floor 11 was a disaster; it felt like a frantic rush to get it done.

The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable, and the view was nice, but the facilities were quite neglected; the kettle didn’t work and the shower was also faulty, and the staff and breakfast service could be better.
