I arrived at the hotel at 12 midnight, only to be told by the staff that my room was unsuitable and that I would have to leave. They offered a refund or an extra 450 HK Dollars if I stayed until the morning, but I was forced to pay the 450 HK Dollars. I will never return to this hotel.

The hotel rooms were clean and hygienic, highly recommended, and keep it up.

Transport was convenient, the rooms were clean and tidy, and all the facilities were complete.

Nothing positive. The experience was terrible, I would not recommend it; there was no air conditioning and it felt suffocating inside.
