The hotel is wonderful—very clean, spacious, and everything is conveniently arranged. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. We had a great stay and recommend the hotel to everyone. The food is also very tasty.

We were at a wedding held in the “Paradise Courtyard.” Time was limited, but we liked the large pool that is well maintained, the various children’s play equipment, a fish pond, many trees, and nice hydrangeas. A basement is prepared for shelter in case of an emergency. The only downside is that the war in Ukraine must stop for the vacation to be truly great.

The pool was clean and beautiful, the food tasty, and the waiters friendly. However, when we arrived to check in, we discovered that the pool was not included in the price listed on the website, and we had to pay a substantial extra fee. The walls in the room were covered in black mold that seeped through the peeling wallpaper. In the evening, we could not turn on the bathroom light or the chandelier because of constant flickering and voltage fluctuations. The TV remote was never found. The shower drain was clogged, and men came to open it, looking shocked. Overall, the experience did not justify the cost.
