I recently stayed at EKHO Surf Bentota and it was a memorable experience for my family and me. From the moment we arrived, Maleesha at Reception was extremely attentive and welcoming, taking the time to explain the property and its facilities in detail with a genuine smile and great attitude. Her warm welcome set the perfect tone for our stay. A special mention to Dulip from the F&B team, who took excellent care of us throughout our meals, always checking on us to ensure everything was perfect. His service and hospitality were truly appreciated. A very special thank you to Dulaj for arranging such a beautiful room and making our stay even more memorable. The thoughtful touches, along with the splendid high tea and wonderful breakfast, made us feel genuinely valued and cared for. I would also like to sincerely thank Promoda, the General Manager, for personally ensuring that all the arrangements for our stay were taken care of. It was greatly appreciated and made the entire experience even more special. It was wonderful to see the improvement in the overall standards of the property, particularly in the rooms and the level of service provided by the team. EKHO Surf Bentota has certainly taken a positive step forward, and I believe it is a property that is definitely worth visiting. Most importantly, my wife and child thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and the experience. For me personally, this property will always hold a very warm sentiment, and I will be happy to recommend EKHO Surf Bentota to friends, family and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bentota. The location is great; if you travel by train the stop is literally a stone’s throw away, and there are some good restaurants right outside the hotel to choose from. The garden and pool are enough to spend time outdoors, and the rooms are just for crashing.
