The hotel’s proximity to our destination was a plus. However, the first staff member was somewhat rude and didn’t grant the handicap accommodation I requested. My granddaughter’s tablet went missing; the staff claimed they couldn’t find it until she mentioned it was pinging nearby, after which they supposedly retrieved it from the bed. They said they would send it back via FedEx, hoping it arrives safely.
“Good, but pricey.”
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. No complaints.
“Excellent value, friendly faces- a positive experience, always with Hampton Inn in Portland, TX!!”
The location is great, and the staff are very friendly.
I appreciated how spacious the room was. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and I would definitely book again.
“It was so nice and staff was sooo friendly”
Everything about the stay was excellent.
