“Good stay i will come back 👍🏽”

The place was tidy and the manager, along with his staff, genuinely tried to do their best; I liked that the manager listened to my feedback and aimed to improve. There was a slight communication issue with the housekeepers, but the manager was ready to address it and train them, which I appreciated, and I’ll definitely return. On the downside, a kitchen for guests would be convenient since it’s self‑service; I saw a kitchen but it seemed intended only for staff, though I’m not certain.

“Great little break away in a Good Hotel.”

The hotel’s central spot and proximity to the beach, plus a lovely view of the old West Pier, were big pluses. The only drawback was the decor; I think they’re about to start decorating and restoring soon.

“Not good at all”

The location was great, but the toilet was noisy and probably didn’t flush properly, the bed felt uncomfortable and caused back pain for my partner and me whenever we turned over, and we kept hitting our faces on the table.

The location was fine. The building is old and lacks air conditioning, which is a problem in summer heat waves, but if you visit at a different time it’s acceptable.
