The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. However, I was really disappointed that there wasn't a warm welcome or any amenities to speak of, and I had to ask for a blanket to keep warm.

The only thing that really bothered me about this hotel was the ear-piercing noise that went on until 3 am, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Apart from that, everything else was fine.

I want to give a special thank you to the staff members Maya, Samar, and Eid, who were incredibly kind and helpful during my stay. They really made a big difference and made me feel welcome.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with a beautiful view to boot. However, it was a shame that the WiFi wasn't working and there was no breakfast available. I was really looking forward to a relaxing morning meal, but it wasn't to be.

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, things didn't quite go as planned. The rooftop was the highlight of our trip, but that's where the positives ended. We had to wait ages for our room, and when we finally got it, it smelled terrible. To make matters worse, the staff seemed clueless about the price, and we had to deal with no Wi-Fi and no basic toiletries. To top it all off, the hotel's website said breakfast was included, but the staff told us otherwise.
