The place matched the description perfectly and the service was excellent, but we were disappointed that there was no view.

The hotel was very comfortable and located in a central part of Tokyo, which was very convenient; the staff were very helpful and the Family Mart downstairs was very handy. We appreciated having three different washers and dryers available, but one of the machines left grey marks on some of our white clothes.
