The breakfast was excellent, the location and cleanliness were great, the space was nice, the staff were very polite, and the price was reasonable. However, a cockroach was in the bathroom when I showered (though that can happen, I killed it and moved on); the bathroom door was a bit jammed and made a loud squeak when opened or closed (it hit the floor). The air conditioning seemed to have a setting that turned it off every 5 minutes and then on again after a while, which was strange—perhaps a configuration I couldn’t change—so the room would heat up during the off periods.

The staff were polite and attentive, especially Valéria, the location was convenient, the pool was nice, the restaurant offered a varied menu, and I’d give the chef a perfect 10.
The service was excellent.
The plumbing fixtures (the sink tap had a leak) and the mini fridge (difficult to turn on) were problematic.
