We arrived around 10:00 pm without a reservation because our other booking fell through for reasons I’d rather not explain. Luckily we found this place and there was space for all five of us. The staff were super friendly. That first night, they gave us two rooms: one with a single bed and the other with a bunk bed and two single beds. The rooms shared a very large, clean bathroom. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning, but there were fans, which was fine for me but a bit of an issue for my partner, who’s a bit picky. The next night they moved us to a room with air conditioning, and my partner was thrilled. The place is centrally located, and you can walk to León Cathedral if you want. Parking is available. Overall, I’m really glad we found this hotel.

The place was clean and well secured; our car was parked in a locked area. There were multiple outdoor seating spots. The room was spacious with air conditioning. The owners were fantastic, speaking both English and Spanish. It’s in a quiet, residential area, about a 20–30 minute walk to León’s center.

I liked the location and the service, especially the facilities and room are perfect, everything with air conditioning is recommended. The room has a TV but only local channels; however, it’s better to set that aside and just enjoy a warm atmosphere.
