The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, well sound‑proofed, and the air conditioning worked well. Everything else was excellent. The only problem was a clogged shower drain, so the water drained slowly.

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean, and we were happy with the stay. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t working, but since we only stayed a few days we didn’t report it. Besides the coffee pods, I would have liked some tea and/or dry biscuits.

I never got to see the place, so I can't comment on the structure. They moved me to another location without telling me, only informing me right before arrival. The check‑in was scheduled for 22:00, but they had me wait from 15:00—absolute madness. I strongly advise against this place. The host’s excuse involved the “coppa America” and claimed I had already paid for the room I was supposed to have.
