The reception guy was super attentive and willing to solve problems. The cleaning was awful – bathrooms had black mold, the social areas like the terrace were a mess of dirt everywhere, and the stairs had loose tiles in parts. The photos on social media are far from reality, and the coffee cups they serve are terrible.

The staff were really attentive, always quick to help with anything we needed. I felt taken care of throughout the stay.

The hotel’s location is spot‑on – just a few minutes’ walk to the beach – but the first room we were given was dirty, had a dead cockroach and the air‑conditioning didn’t work. The team moved us to a cleaner room later, which was much better.

Breakfasts were tasty, especially the pastries, and the staff were friendly enough to make the mornings enjoyable. Nothing else to complain about.
