Everything was very good, the front‑desk manager Dilya was a pleasant girl who explained everything clearly, I wish there were more managers like her. Breakfast was included in the price of our room. The room was clean.

Nothing. The bed was dirty, I really regret staying there, there was no toothpaste, the hair dryer didn’t work, there was no sound insulation at all, the shower was very dirty, old, there was no door so everything leaked, there were no blankets, the air conditioner didn’t work, the towels looked used, the hygiene was terrible, I’m really sad that this hotel is on Booking, I would not recommend it to anyone, we were in room 202 and it was awful, I don’t even want to remember it, breakfast was served in a doner shop, it wasn’t fresh, it felt like they were giving it to a dog, the impression was so bad that it left a stain, it caused moral damage.
