Very pleasant – good pool and comfortable rooms – I just don’t give a higher rating because there’s no elevator, which makes it hard to bring luggage to the upper floor. The breakfast was weak, and the lack of an elevator to the first floor is illogical for a hotel of this level; the stairs are steep, so it’s not advisable if you can’t carry your bag up.

The property is very beautiful. The area is quiet and the rooms are comfortable, though perhaps a bit too minimal. Space is generous everywhere. The only downside is the stress of early check‑in (after a certain time, there is no desk or check‑in service).

The garden and the spacious area were lovely, and the breakfast was good, but the real highlight was the night guard who stayed with us until 12:30 am because our flight was heavily delayed. The hotel itself is excellent, though the surroundings aren't as impressive.

Its proximity to Bari makes it a solid base for trips to Bari, Trani, Mayer, and Alberobello. However, there’s a bar next to the pool that can get noisy, and security feels a bit lacking during the night.
