Breakfast starts at 6 am, the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is good, and the staff are always helpful; the breakfast itself is very good with a nice variety. However, they list the local currency as dollars but actually charge in pesos, so I was prepared to pay in dollars and ended up paying more than necessary because of a strange exchange rate.

I really liked the hotel, its location, the restaurant, and the breakfast atmosphere. Having an elevator was very important for people with mobility limitations. I would stay again if I returned to El Calafate. However, there was a small mix‑up with the packed lunches I requested for the glacier tour.

The location is great, the staff are super friendly, the rooms are nice, and the option to bring a lunchbox is very convenient and easy; the breakfast is tasty. Nothing to complain about.

The room is comfortable, the team is attentive and kind, the breakfast is excellent, the shower is good, and because our flight was early they let us check in ahead of time at no extra cost; the location is excellent, central but on a quiet street. I have nothing to complain about and liked everything.
