The place is wonderful and strategically located, serving as a base for both the Slovak and Polish sides of the Tatras; the couple running it are passionate and go out of their way to make guests' stays unforgettable, giving the property a unique atmosphere that reflects their enthusiasm—highly recommended! There were no issues that bothered my stay.

The pension has a very authentic Slovak style, a cozy atmosphere, and the hosts are pleasant and friendly. The lighting was a bit weak, making the room a bit dark, and luggage had to be carried up the stairs to the second floor. The shower head wasn't fixed, so you had to hold it with one hand while washing. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary: eggs cooked as omelets, buns, jam, honey, butter, a few yogurts, coffee, tea, ham, cheese, tomato, cucumber. For five people—two adults and three children—we received only four eggs total. Overall, the impressions were very good.

It was truly one of the best places I've ever stayed! The owners were warm and welcoming, offering daily hiking tips that shaped my trip. The accommodation was super cozy and thoughtfully decorated, and breakfast was amazing—a hearty start to the day. I was just sad I couldn't stay longer! Highly recommend!

It was absolutely one of the best housing experiences I've had while traveling. The pension is charming and super cozy, everything clean and fresh, with a welcoming and warm atmosphere. It's within walking distance of the railway station and next to the old town. The room was nicely decorated with an old‑time charm, the bed was comfy, and all necessary amenities were there. Breakfast was very affordable with plenty of variety, and the hosts even arranged gluten‑free and vegetarian options for us. Both hosts were heartfelt and incredibly helpful, eager to share their experiences and knowledge. We did a day hike in the High Tatras based on their recommendation and had the best time. We can highly recommend staying here!

The owners are very friendly—they'll tell you where to go, how to buy tickets, where to eat lunch, and where to have coffee. You can feel at home. The room is pleasant, the place very atmospheric. It's about a 20‑minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to the Aquapark. I recommend it if you're in the area; a visit is definitely worthwhile.
