The location was fine, and there was an Italian restaurant next door. The staff were very unfriendly, no invoice could be issued, but payment was required in advance. The room smelled bad even with the window open, the bus stop was below room 210, and there was loud chatter until 4 a.m.

The rooms were not furnished, the layout was cut‑together, but the check‑in and lobby area were friendly. Self‑check‑in worked very well. The coffee bar with a La Marzocco machine was also nice. The place was already pretty worn out and the windows, etc., could all use a proper cleaning.

The location was perfect for a trip to Munich and the breakfast was very good, yet the bed felt too hard and the single pillow was uncomfortable for me.
