Staff was friendly and view was great from the room

The view was fantastic, the huge glass‑walled room was truly beautiful and the rooftop pool was stunning, but the gym was dirty and neglected, and the room had grime in the corners and the bathroom, though overall it was fine given its size and scenery.

The property is strikingly beautiful and perfectly situated, featuring a pool and a bar that offers an exceptional 360‑degree view of Kandy and the surrounding hills. The complex is tidy, the pool is delightful, and the rooftop bar enjoys a prime location. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There really aren’t any drawbacks—the setting is simply gorgeous. The only slight downside is that it sits a bit high and a little outside the city centre, but the spectacular vista more than makes up for it.

The view from the accommodation was absolutely beautiful. It is also located outside of the main area Kandy which was what we wanted because it wasn't noisy at night. It was so easy to get a local Pick Me tuk tuks to come get us to take us for dinner. The staff were so accommodating and extremely polite, they were so helpful with any needs we required. The rooms were so big and very clean
