“Never again!”
The bed was comfy and the TV worked, but you could hear the rooms next to yours. I spotted what looked like black mold outside the pool area, the towels were stained, and when I asked for extra towels I was told we showered too much and only received the minimum for one person. I woke up at 3 am to the smell of onions cooking throughout the house. All rooms are upstairs, so if you have bad legs like mine, don’t try it—there’s no handicap accessibility. The community has a lot of rules for families: a 10 PM curfew, controlled check‑ins and check‑outs, rooms are not sound‑proof, and door security is minimal. The kitchen was supposedly available but was partially blocked, making it uninviting, and the pool was available but the blinds were closed—even while we were on the patio. There is a clubhouse, but the $20 per person fee wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Parking was a nightmare. The description made me think it was a one‑bedroom villa rental with privacy and amenities, which wasn’t the case.
