The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the shower was easy to access with shampoo, soap, and a hair dryer. Initially we were put in a room with no heat, but after calling management we were moved quickly to a better room.

The room was spacious and had a decent refrigerator, though the freezer door was broken. It was mostly clean except for the floor. Staff on the phone were polite and helpful. The picture on the website showed an office for check‑in, but that space had been converted to private quarters, so we had to self‑check and the code was forgotten, leaving us confused about whether we were in the right place. We couldn’t find a hot tub, which looked like it should have been in the yard with the pickleball court. The bed was very firm; my husband couldn’t sleep on it. There was no office for drinks or breakfast nearby, and the floor, while appearing clean, was gritty. For the price, I was disappointed given the great reviews.

The property was clean, newly refurbished, and well decorated; the bed was comfy and perfect for a single night before heading to the UP of MI! No complaints.
