The setting was breathtaking, our spacious suite was comfy, the garden and pool were lovely, and the staff—especially the owner—were always present and helpful; breakfast varied each morning, and there was nothing to complain about.
The room was a pleasant size and the cleaning was good, but a bad odor lingered throughout the hotel, the breakfast was limited and plain, there were no comfortable lounge (or reclining) chairs, and there was no reason to use the pool.
The room was huge.

This place is a real gem; everything is perfect: the site is stunning, the renovation is tasteful with high‑quality materials, the garden and pool offer a refreshing break after exploring the medina, the breakfast is excellent with fresh, homemade dishes, and the kindness of Younes, Abdou, and everyone else is noteworthy; a special shout‑out to Monique, an extraordinary woman who gave soul to the house, a meeting that moved us deeply—thank you, Monique, for that beautiful moment of sharing ❤️. We loved everything, so if you’re in Fès, stop by the Riad Norma without hesitation!
