The Navarre kitchen and the managers’ willingness are positives, but the place is under‑used. The double bed in our room could not be called a bed; it felt like sleeping on a wooden bench. Too many pieces of furniture, the carpets were not very clean, and overall the room felt cluttered and somewhat shabby, lacking peace. The breakfast was minimal, and I doubt they can serve homemade preserves and jams without proper labeling of production year and expiry date. The common room was too crowded with furniture, a bit dilapidated, and gave off a restless vibe. The property has huge potential, especially for the owner’s kitchen, but many things need revisiting.
