The large outdoor area with the pool and plenty of seating was lovely. The apartment had a dishwasher, washing machine, and air‑conditioning, plus a modern bathroom. The location is good; with a rental car you can reach Santanyi and many great coves in 15‑20 minutes. There were many ants in the kitchen, and the kitchen equipment could have been a bit more extensive.

It was a typical finca with everything you need. The room layout was perfect, and the agency staff were very present. You’re not allowed to leave any drinks or food (even bread) out, and there are a lot of ants.

Everything was great. The shower drain didn’t drain well.

The storage was excellent. When there were problems (the coffee machine broke) a brand‑new one appeared a few hours later. Communication was superb. The pool had an unsightly edge above the water, which we tried to clean at one spot. The plates and glasses were still dirty after the dishwasher, and ants appeared whenever a crumb was left.

The little house has all the comforts, is nicely decorated, and the setting is quiet. The interior has changed compared to the photos, which is only a positive thing. If you turn the shower on full blast, the entire shower overflows.
