“THIS WAS OUR 3RD STAY AND WAS UNPLEASENT ( 3X PPL TRY TO ENTER OUR ROOM AND WE ALREADY REST)”
CITY CENTRE. AIR COND NOT COLD AND WHEN YOU ARE RESTING AT NIGHT SOMEONE IS USING THEIR CARD AND WANT TO ENTER YOUR ROOM ( TWICE) AND 1X TRYING TO OPEN THE DOOR, WHICH I FELT NOT RIGHT. I DID INFORM THE FRONT DEST WHEN I CHECK OUT IN THE MORNING AND THERE IS NO HOTEL CAR PARK. WE NEED TO USE THE APP TO GET THE PARKING WHICH WE LEFT THE HOTEL BEFORE 8.30AM
Could be more hygienic.

Parking was easy, the room was nice and clean, staff were friendly and very tolerant, especially the person who handled my check‑in when we arrived around 1 a.m.; this is our second stay, the first was an apartment, the second under Hotel Mutiara, and we’re satisfied. The hotel also has a swimming pool.

The location is fairly central and the reception staff were kind in helping pay the parking fine. The place is very noisy, the linens are old and look unclean, and the photos on Booking don’t match reality.
