Great views from the isolated terrace and the pool, the spa was good, the room was big and stylish, Axe Bar restaurant and its staff were nice, plenty of parking and nearby services. Wi‑Fi did not work properly in the room, the view from the room and balcony to the street was poor, and reception staff service varied.

I stayed in a spot with a great location and a stunning view, the facilities were detailed with a lot of care, the wellness area had outdoor loungers, and the staff across the board were super friendly – rarely seen like that.

The staff were kind and professional, the outdoor pool was nice, and breakfast was good. However, it was noisy, especially because the restaurants are very close to the hotel. I couldn’t open the windows, the AC in room 115 wasn’t adjustable, the TV in room 116 didn’t work (not connected to the service), and the value for money was questionable.

The location was beautiful and the view from the room was gorgeous, the staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside was that a photo/video shoot for a model happened right next to the pool while I was having breakfast the first morning I was there.
