We were promised a discount that never came through, and the halls were filled with people running and shouting all night with no one addressing it. Every time we stay here—multiple times a year—the pool is always closed.

Even though the hotel looks great, it feels pricey, probably because of its central spot. The least they could do is let guests check in earlier than 4 p.m. and stay past 11 a.m.

Everything is close by, shops and the town are within walking distance, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I have zero complaints.
