Everything was spotless and the room was great, with friendly staff and a good breakfast; the location is perfect for walking around the city, so I definitely recommend it. Nothing else to add.

The hotel is beautiful, situated right near Wawel and Kazimierz, just at the foot of the tram line. Nothing else to comment on.

The location is excellent, between the historic center and the Jewish quarter; the room is cozy with a nice style, the bathroom is functional but small and lacks a bidet. Breakfast is great, especially the savory options, with a à la carte menu, though the sweet selection is limited. The spa offers a Finnish sauna. Overall, the hotel feels very welcoming. The room’s smart‑home system is supposed to notify the staff when someone is inside, but it’s not intuitive; I accidentally pressed a button and the room wasn’t cleaned again.

The hotel was immaculately clean, which mattered most to me. The room and en‑suite bathroom were spacious, pristine, and tastefully decorated. Its location was ideal, a short walk to both the Old Town and Kazimierz, right between them, and there were plenty of Spar‑type shops nearby for water and other essentials. A tram stop was directly outside the front of the hotel. I would book again if I return to Krakow. Every staff member we met was extremely courteous, helpful, and accommodating, and their English was excellent, which we appreciated since our Polish is nonexistent. The only downside was that other places we’ve stayed offered a wider range of breakfast options; the food at breakfast and in the café bar focused heavily on local specialties, which didn’t suit our particular taste, though we always found something to eat before heading out (usually scrambled eggs).
