When we complained about the room, they immediately responded and provided a new one, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the hotel has had a new owner for a year and is currently under renovation; there was no noise, yet everything still felt like a construction site, so a heads‑up at booking would have been nice so guests could decide whether to stay.

The location, staff, and breakfast were good, but the bathtub was dirty with black, filthy joints on the tub.

I liked how friendly the staff were and how helpful they were. Also it was a great location to get into Venice. The walls were dirty and had damp spots on walls
