Everyone on staff, especially Oseias who scored a perfect 1000, were excellent; the rooms were spotless, breakfast varied and tasty, the heated pool was a hit, and the generator saved the weekend when many places lost power—everything was flawless.

Breakfast was decent but far from the excellent standard promised; the lodge is far from the historic centre, lacks charm, has only average facilities, and during the FLIP event prices are outrageous, which is not justified by the event quality, making the cost‑benefit ratio very poor.

Breakfast was great, the rooms were new, the bathroom spotless, and the pool pleasant; however, the exit process was embarrassing because they charge staff tips—though optional, they handed a printed sheet with a high suggested amount (claimed 10 % of the stay, but I only realised the suggested fee was over 30 % after the fact). I asked if a different amount could be used and if I could pay by Pix to think it over, but the staff immediately asked for the new amount so they could enter it into the terminal and collect the Pix right away. It’s quite humiliating and it would be better if the lodge included a staff tip in the daily rate or offered a final Pix payment option without pressuring the guest.
