Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
It looks beautiful. However, I was double‑booked into my room and couldn't stay there. They only had 3.5 hours to inform me before I arrived and faced that problem. They couldn't manage my stay 1.5 hours after the arrival time.
