The place is super central in Frómista, but the heating is electric with a centralized schedule. We felt cold and it only turned on after about 3 hours, so we spent most of the night shivering. The blankets weren’t modern duvets, and because I’m dust‑allergic I couldn’t use them at all. We slept in sweaters and gloves. A shame.

The location is perfect for a Camino traveler, the facilities are quiet and clean. The room I stayed in was on an upper floor with low ceilings—at 5 ft 8 in I almost hit my head, and anyone taller might have the same issue, so check with the property about higher‑ceiling options if you’re tall.

Quaint room at the attic. I booked a double room but when the lady noticed I was alone, she offered me a single room at a cheaper price. Obviously I took it and loved the room. Being an attic, ceiling was slanted. Some parts you will have to bend your head but it wasnt troublesome to me. So not really an issue
