I liked the room, but the pool should be heated and they shouldn’t bar entry without a swim cap when it’s not mentioned anywhere; they even try to sell it for 180 yuan. Ridiculous.

The hotel was fine, breakfasts were varied, the room was large and comfortable, but the staff’s English communication was very poor.

The hotel is good but a bit far from the city centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. What I dislike is the lack of free airport transfer like other hotels and the requirement of a head cover for pool use; those should be provided free or at a low cost. I wish they installed a toilet in the bathroom; consideration for Muslim visitors would be a positive point.

The breakfast offered a great variety, especially the wide range of Asian dishes. Lee, the Food and Beverages Manager, provided exceptional personal service and support, especially when I lost my Australian passport. I had no complaints.
