“Muy buena opción”

The staff are very attentive, and the location is very good. The room is comfortable. I would add a shower base or another system so the bathroom doesn’t get wet when you shower.

“Couldn’t stay, not acceptable accommodations.”

We couldn't stay here because it didn't match the photos; maybe they have a new side and an old side? We only saw the room they gave us and decided to leave for another property, still unsure if we have to pay. We asked for a refund but can't reach the property. The place was dirty, moldy, and smelled bad—neatness matters! This is the first time I've had to leave a hotel after hundreds of stays. The Starfish was nice!

“Fantastic accommodation with lovely owners who made us feel very welcome”

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot. The owners are friendly and made us feel very welcome. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The reception area is beautiful with hammocks to relax in, and water and coffee were offered. The location is great, just a short walk from the beach, and our hosts were helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do/see. They also offer tours at a reasonable price. I must mention breakfast: a lovely selection of fruit, eggs cooked to your preference, fresh cheese, and delicious bread, plus coffee, tea, and fresh juice. Thanks for a great stay; we would definitely come back if we ever return to Isabela.
