I was quite disappointed with my experience, especially considering the price and the fact that this is a 5-star hotel. The hotel advertises free beach access, but in reality, there are not enough free sun loungers available for all hotel guests. A significant number of the loungers are reserved for paying customers, which makes the advertised “free beach access” quite misleading. For a 5-star hotel, I would expect every paying guest to have reasonable access to the beach facilities without having to pay extra for a sun lounger. I was also disappointed with the breakfast selection. All of the cold cuts and sausages available were made from pork. For a 5-star international hotel, I would expect a more diverse selection, including non-pork alternatives such as chicken, turkey, or beef, especially considering that guests come from different cultural and religious backgrounds. Another disappointing aspect was the parking fee. Having to pay extra for parking as a hotel guest is not what I would expect from a 5-star property, particularly given the already high room rates. At this level, basic facilities such as guest parking should ideally be included in the stay. Overall, I expected a much higher standard given the hotel's 5-star rating and the price paid. There are several aspects that could be significantly improved to make the experience truly worthy of a 5-star property
