The night receptionist was very friendly and gave a great welcome. The room was pleasant with a very good bed, though the bathroom was small but functional. There was no power outlet at the head of the bed, and it took several minutes for hot water to reach the shower.

We liked staying again in Room 601 because it offered a view of the Eiffel Tower, and the newly renovated bathroom was superb. The desk staff were very helpful, especially when we asked to store our luggage two days before check‑in. The requested wake‑up call was not provided.

The location is wonderful: we walked to the Musee d’Orsay, Notre Dame, and great restaurants. The staff were excellent and always helpful. The room is comfortable with quality bedding, but it got a little too warm at night.
