“Beautiful place with an amazing view”
The staff was very accommodating and quick to respond, and the location was perfect. It was extremely clean and offered a beautiful view! However, the air conditioning didn’t work well in the bedrooms.
“A Beautiful Room with a Jaw Dropping Unbelievable View of the Duomo and Giotto’s Tower.”
We booked straight away and arrived just before midnight; the check‑in was simple even though we were a bit puzzled at first. The apartment was wonderful, stocked with bath amenities, robes, a Nespresso machine with daily pods, a refrigerator filled with snacks, and an amazing private terrace that offered breathtaking views of the Duomo—so close you could almost touch it. We could hear the bells and felt fully immersed in Florence, plus a complimentary bottle of wine. The staff kept in touch and handled every request smoothly, making this place one of our all‑time favorites. The heat in Florence was intense, but the air conditioning kept us cool, and everything else was flawless, surpassing our expectations.

Stunning views from the rooftop! We enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the bells of the Duomo. The location was fantastic. Donatella was amazing, super helpful and delightful. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The location was perfect and wow the view from the terrace, lovely for relaxing after all of those steps that you do discovering Florence. Tea and coffee making facilities available and a fridge that is stocked daily with treats. Quiet at night to ensure you get a restful night's sleep
